Delivery & Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-to-2 business days (this excludes weekends and national holidays) of receiving your order confirmation email. You will also receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
We currently only ship to the UK, USA, Canada and Australia. We do not deliver to P.O Boxes, Military addresses and restricted areas. All shipping costs are shown upon checkout.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery — they must be returned back to us within 30 days. If the item is clearly unused and returned in its original condition we will then refund the full order amount. Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase are non-refundable.
