All returns and exchanges need to be raised within 14 days of delivery and delivered back to us within 30 days. Returns or exchanges outside of this period will not be valid and therefore will not be processed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to include your order number/email as reference.

Postage costs are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for covering postage costs for returned items, with the exception of damaged items on a case-by-case basis. Please contact the team on if you have any questions regarding an exchange or return.  No refunds will be given for taxes, duties, tariffs and excise or custom charges levied for overseas orders, either for refunds or exchanged items.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not the United Kingdom, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

We can only accept cancellations if you notify us within 12 hours of your purchase.

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, along with photo evidence of any faults at so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

We cannot accept returns for custom prints or bespoke sizes, for example art prints which have been altered from the standard. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


To make an exchange you’ll need to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Refunds can only be made to the original payment method, without exception. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
