Our Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your print, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Returned unused and in their original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by your order number or email as reference

Important: Custom-sized prints are made to order and are non-returnable. Standard-sized prints are eligible for return within 30 days.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@hartsholmeprints.com with your order details. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, with the exception of damaged items assessed on a case-by-case basis.

No refunds will be given for taxes, duties, tariffs, excise, or customs charges levied for overseas orders, either for refunds or exchanged items.

Cancellations

We can only accept cancellations if you notify us within 12 hours of your purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@hartsholmeprints.com with photo evidence so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, you'll need to return your original item following the process above. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Refunds can only be made to the original payment method, without exception. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at hello@hartsholmeprints.com.
