Every order is printed on-demand, directly from our UK-based studio, with excellent care and attention to quality standards.
Delivery & Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-to-2 business days (this excludes weekends and national holidays) of receiving your order confirmation email. You will also receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
We currently only ship to the UK, USA, Canada and Australia. We do not deliver to P.O Boxes, Military addresses and restricted areas. All shipping costs are shown upon checkout — these costs are shown below in GBP.

International orders (such as those to U.S, Canadian and Australian addresses) may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes — these are incurred once a shipment reaches its destination country. Hartsholme Prints are not responsible for these charges. If they are applied they are the sole responsibility of the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
All orders are shipped via the UK’s Royal Mail or Parcel Force. When your order has shipped you will receive an email notification from us. If you have selected UK Express or our International Tracked & Signed service we will include a unique tracking number for you to check your order status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available/live.
Packaging
As an eco-conscious brand we use recyclable material for packaging wherever we can. Your prints will be inserted in a clear ‘cello’ protective bag (made using biodegradable film), and wrapped with acid-free tissue paper for extra protection (recyclable and biodegradable). Since we use premium fine art paper all prints up-to A3 are packed in flat board back envelopes with extra cardboard sheets for padding/protection to avoid any creases. All larger size prints are sent in wide tubes for extra protection.
Please note frames are not included, they are only for illustration purposes.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery — they must be returned back to us within 30 days. If the item is clearly unused and returned in its original condition we will then refund the full order amount (minus shipping costs for the return).
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible, noting your order ID/email, along with any photo evidence to
— we will then evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as is possible. We address any damages on a case-by-case basis, but always try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution for both parties. You can find our full return policy here.
